Horse and
ponies that are only fed a small quantity of feed are often lacking in
essential vitamins and minerals. Gold Cup is designed to be fed at 1/6th
of the level of a conventional mix and so is an ideal feed for these types. It
contains a concentrate level of vitamins and minerals and provides a rich
source of quality proteins. Gold Cup Balancer has a low cereal content and
consequently contains a low level of starch. This low starch content ensures
that the starch ‘load’ per meal is decreased and therefore reduces the likely
hood of significant amounts of starch reaching the hind gut. This in turn helps
to prevent the reduction of ‘friendly bacteria’ in the hind gut. In addition,
Gold Cup Balancer contains live yeast and provides an efficacious level live yeast cell within the gut. which
maximises digestion.
Gold Cup
Balancer is an excellent feed to top up small feed rations or to ensure that
your competition horse is receiving all the essential vitamins and minerals to
maintain top performance and condition. When fed at the higher rate per 100kg
body weight the high oil content is excellent for maintaining stamina or
increasing the energy content for fussy feeders in peak fitness.
