All Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd orders will be delivered using either DHL or Pallet line company, the company used for each order is subject to change without prior notice and at the decision of Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd. Please allow up to 2 working days for DHL delivery (usually next day) or 2-3 days for pallet delivery (usually 2 days). It is the customers responsibility to ensure correct delivery instructions are noted on the ‘check out’ form. If an order is over 140kg in weight it will be delivered on a pallet and so will require space for a minimum of a 7.5T lorry to deliver the pallet. It is the customers responsibility to notify Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd of any specific delivery requirements such as size of vehicle, gravel driveways, restricted access or if the delivery can be left unsigned for. Falcon Equine Feeds Ltd offers no refunds where delivery has not been possible and a redelivery charge may be chargeable to re attempt delivery.

Orders will be processed no later than the next working day after they are received. Orders received after 2pm will be processed on the following day. Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for bank holidays and weekends.
